When we reply

• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (PKT).
• Email: normally the same working day.
• Payment verification: usually within a few hours during the day.
• Messages sent overnight or on Sunday are answered the next working morning.

Who to contact about what

• A booking — ticket not received, payment not confirmed, refund: email us with your TKT- reference.
• Listing an event — start at List your event, or write to us and we'll set it up with you.
• An event you've listed — timings, pricing, artwork, payouts: reply to any email from us, or use your organiser portal.
• Press or partnerships — email us and mark it for the team.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong and a first reply hasn't fixed it, say so in your email and it will be escalated. We'd rather hear it from you than read it elsewhere.
